Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'd rather have my wall for my own posts as opposed to others posting rubbish on it.

    Thanks

    Delete all your friends.

If you want to write things to yourself do it in your head, your friends can't get in there. Would you not be defeating the purpose of Facebook?

Are you talking about your timeline or your homepage? They got rid of the 'wall' in an update a while ago.

It's in the settings. Many people have disabled other peoples' ability to write on their wall!

I really hope the post quality is higher on your Facebook than on Boards. Because, if not, that's a pretty horrible wall!

Well first of all. Don't add people you don't want to have on your friends list. And you can always unfriend/block someone if you don't want them writing on your wall.

Not sure you can do it man. There is an option on facebook where you can stop people posting on your wall. Check out the privacy settings option. If you have a situation arise just deactivate your account.

Buy a 25 cent copybook and a nail and write your thoughts in blood, my advice buy lots of iron tablets. You want these issues to be wrote out clearly.

Of all places, you ask on AH?

Anyways if I say click, it means click the left mouse button, if I say right-click, it means click the right mouse button: Go to facebook.com
Look at the top right corner, look for the right downwards facing arrow in the upper right of the screen, click privacy settings.

New page opens. Look for Profile and Tagging, click Edit Settings. Set the settings to what you like. Setting it to just friends enables your friends to post, setting it to everyone (I have no idea if it's an option, though) lets anyone post and setting it to none, means nobody can post and you probably have nobody that likes you. :pac:

And if you wish to be friendless, anti-social user of a social network you can just delete friends like sandmanporto said.
Just go to the page and look for the little cog (it's like a spikey wheel) next to "Friends Message". Click it and select to unfriend them.
Just a heads up about new friends, you don't need to decide to become friends with the millions of potential stalkers, you can just not decide to friend them or ignore them and decide at a later date (they'll still be under friend requests in the top left part of the screen).

Post a status update telling people you don't want them to post on your wall. Problem solved.
