WiFi 'signal'

Have Eircom BB with the Netopia 'box' - it has the Wpa key no. on the base but I have an internet radio that shows the Wpa no. coming up but won't work without ethernet cable from the box plugged in to it - same for laptop, needs the cable plugged in.Have gone onto Eircom site but no joy with 'instructions' from them…

Plug your laptop in with that ethernet cable and login to the router and check the password. Use 192.168.1.254 in the browser to login to the router
