    I have a prepay meter.my meter says I am -0.76 bt my electricity has been disconnected for about half an hour now. help please.

    Hi m.q,

    Have you ruled out the possibility that there is a power outage in the general area? ESB Networks have a Powercheck App that could help - they also have the same facility on their website here.

    Just to be clear, is your meter a card-meter (do you insert cards/tokens into it) or dial in a code (like a phone top up)?
