Need Some recipe ideas for work

Hi all , Lookin for some recipe ideas work. Food that i can possibly cook on a sunday and freeze and use as i want during the week and reheat is work. At the mo i havnt much past chicken, brown pasta and marinara sause. Its lovely but im so boooooooooard of it now !! please help :D Healthier the better :eek:
