    Hey There! Three Girls here just looking for one more roommate to fill a House. We are three 2nd years studying Food Science in UCD. The House itself Is located Just Off Fosters Avenue and would be an ideal location for any student attending UCD. It is appox. 18 minutes walk to the college. The house is a 12 month lease and €1700 (excluding utilities) a month which works out around €106 weekly, which is very cheap taking into consideration its very close proximity to the college. It is a large spacious detached bungalow comprising of Four double bedrooms,a kitchen, living room and bathroom. It is located in the heart of Mount Merrion and conveniently close to Stillorgan road, shops, supermarkets and pubs. It has all Mod Cons including dishwasher, microwave, cable tv, dryer, central heating and a washing machine. The house, as it is in such a desirable location and also cheap considering its location, will be snapped up quickly so we would appreciate if people who are interested could contact us ASAP!
