Installing Insulation...

    Hi,

Can someone help me? I'm trying to install some insulation inside of a wall (wood studs and drywall). I've done this before, but I can't seem to find the type of insulation I used before.

The insulation I used had paper on one side and was the width of normal spaced studs. In came in a roll and was very easy to install; just staple the paper to the studs.

I've been shopping for insulation on sites like https://www.build4less.ie/ but the rolls of insulation they sell don't seem to have that paper. And they are much wider than my studs will be.

    Like this: Rockwool RoolBatt 100mm x 4.8m x 1.2m

Am I looking at the wrong stuff? If not - how do I install this? Do I need to cut it to fit the space between each set of studs, and then, is it rigid enough to not slide down in the next 20 years?
