Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Orange Order parade in Dublin

So the Orange Order want to have a parade in Dublin...

Their Grand Secretary claims that parade in Dublin will help the Protestant community in Ireland to no longer live in fear. All the Protestant people in Ireland that I know live normal lives. Maybe he means Unionist Orangemen when he says Protestant, it's something ignorant people often get wrong.

Their Grand Secretary also claims that "the Orange Order want accommodation and tolerance not segregation", yet their organisation by it's very nature and rules does not accommodate or tolerate anyone who isn't a Protestant.

Will the PC brigade pull out all the stops for an Orange parade in Dublin, or will common sense prevail when it comes to this backwards organisation where religion and politics are seamlessly intertwined?
