    Anyone know what the incident was on Stephen St, that happened yesterday ?

    I was wondering that myself too... the City Council tweeted that the street was closed "due to a dangerous..." and because I was reading it on my phone, I couldn't see anything further!

    I presume it's a dangerous building or something, from that.

    It was mentioned on AA Roadwatch too.

    here you go.
    Stephen Street is closed to traffic due to a dangerous structure. Closure affects area between Patrick St and Alexander St

    Quite what's happened I dunno.

    chimney collapsed on the old o'briens shop, should of being demolished years ago :eek:
