I think this a great idea too. How should we work it ye reckon? Every week or month?

Thinking whoever's turn it is could start a thread "ANIMAL OF THE WEEK: <insert name>", then me or yekahS could sticky it. Once a few have been done we could put up a permanent sticky that links to them like in palaeo.
