    Apologies if im posting in wrong place..my mother is living in council accommodation and we are looking at trying to get the house insulated for her,is she entitled to the grant even though she isnt the home owner?

    Yes, ye can get the SEAI grant even i you don't own the property. Most contractors will ask for a letter from the LA (or home owner) stating that you have permission to get the work done. You prob need to get the colour scheme approved by HO.
