Fixing things to insulated plasterboard

    Hi,

    What is the best thing to use to fix heavy things to insulated plasterboard.

    I can use rawlplug screw-in things for pictures etc but What do you use to fix a large moirror or a flat screen TV.

    Help would be appreciated.

    you can buy longer fixers in your local DIY that go all the way through the board, into the concrete block.

    PS-You will get the various fixings cheaper in a builders providers too.;)
