Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi All,

I am currently working part time. My boss needs me to work full time for 3-4 weeks. This will double my wages so my opfa will obviously need to be reduced for the weeks i do full time.

The problem is when this happened last year I went straight to SW with new payslip I went in on a wed and the next day my opfa was reduced. When I went back in to tell them I was full time it took them 15 weeks to increase it again. Now I know its backdated but it was still a struggle to get by without it I borrowed every week.

Do you think I could not tell them about the full time work until i am back to part time and then if I went down to them with the opfa that i was overpaid and just gave it back that would be ok? It is easy to work out what my weekly reduction should be I was thinking if i just put that away each week and dont spend it then explain the situation to them when i am back part time?

Would that be allowed or would I be breaking loads of rules?
    thanks

I think you'd be breaking loads of rules, unfortunately. They might be quicker switching you back this time around...
