    UB still not learning about effective communication.
    Last few emails to my "case handler" have gone unanswered. No answer from phone or voice messages either. Handing everything over the ombudsman at this stage. Bored and fed up chasing them.

    that's what they want keep rattling their cage , I am claiming for fuel to drive to bank to take money out of branches, and for time off work three different mornings to get to a branch . Should be fun to see what the muppets offer.
