    Hi Lucario,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    If you have a current account with a Laser card, it will be replaced with a new Visa Debit card as part of our scheduled rollout. We expect to have all Laser cards replaced by the end of September 2012.

    If you've never had a debit card on your account, simply call into your local branch to complete a Card Application form. Once ordered, the card will take 6 - 8 working days to reach the address on your account.
