Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I sent my phone back to apple on Monday, and when I went to try restore it from the back up,it's asking for a password.

I've tried the pass code & iTunes password etc but everything is incorrect.

The "encrypt backup" wasn't selected so I'm confused!

I'm very confused so any help would be great!

Are you using a Mac? If so, search for "Keychain Access" and open it. In keychain access, search for iPhone Backup. Double click the most recent one, click Show Password, enter your admin password, and you should be sorted.

The "encrypt backup" option must have been selected at some stage.

If you're using Windows, I'm afraid I don't know how to help you but maybe someone here can.
