Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Bank Statements

    Currently I'm waiting for my application for JSA to go through after switching from JSB. With the application I sent in my bank statements.

    My wife had to apply to switch from JSB to JSA last week. Yesterday she got a letter asking her for our bank statements.

    Seeing as there's a couple of Euro charge per page for duplicate bank statements and there would be at least 10-15 pages in our case would I be able to ring up the local office and ask them to take a copy of the bank statement I sent in and use that for my wife's application?

    If not would the social be willing to pay for the duplicate?

    It is a joint account we have.

    if you use internet banking you could just print them off from home.

    Go into the sw office and tell them that the bank statements have already been provided for your means test and ask them to copy them for your wifes means testing or use the same ones.
