07-07-2012 10:33pm#1The first Annual La Touche Cup Competition will take place over the August Bank Holiday. Today saw the La Touche Legacy provide the finance to fund the Winners Award.
The Chairman of the La Touche Legacy Committee Cllr George Jones at a function in Greystones Library handed over €700 to the organisers of the La Touche Cup Competition; this cheque will be used to provide the main Winners Cup.
Declan Bollard and Joe Phelan on behalf of the organisers accepted the cheque and thanked the La Touche Legacy for their support for this event.
