Liquid Compost Maker

Can anyone give me some advice on this. I seem to remember sometime ago an advert for a liquid compost maker, like a barrell with a tap (possibly Aldi or Lidl). Does anyone know where you might get such a thing, I have already tried googling but no results. Secondly are they worth it and what is involved. Would prefer this…

Secondly are they worth it and what is involved. Would prefer this to solid compost due to the stone that surround shrubs etc in the garden.
