Well, what would be the point in asking "Which do you prefer, apples or apples??"

Eh, I hate to be pedantic but awesome has 7 letters not 5, and it's not an expletive either.

    Neil Young
I'd go for Bob Dyan. Love his stuff, never really got into Neil Young. He's good, but I think he's fairly over rated.

Im one of the people that never "got" Dylan.
He's influenced a generation of artists an I do appreciate his standing as an icon and the legacy he's created in the music world.

I am a fan of Neil Young and have seen him live 8 times.
Despite not releasing a decent album for quite some time, his live shows are incredible.

People have quite rightly praised Springsteen for his recent 3.5hr marathons, but does anyone else other than Neil Yoing make 1 song last 30 mins ("No Hidden Path" @ Malahide Castle)?

    I could easily do that.

Yes, lots of artists have done that. I think Led Zeppelin used to play a 30 minute version of Moby Dick.

Neil Young for me.... hands down over Dylan. Though I appreciate Dylan is noted for his lyrics, he never did it for me, and he's a surly ballix....

Neil Young, no one else comes close.
