Replacing Fixed Shower Head with hand-held

Can anyone let me know if the fixed shower heads in the ensuite bathrooms in the Grove can be easily replaced with a hand-held shower? The piece of junk that came with the house is leaking everywhere & driving me mad! Thanks.
