Help calculating NEAP

Hi, I downloaded iSBEM v3.5b from the SEAI website to calculate NEAP. I've plugged in as much information as I can regarding a 3 classroom extension to a rural primary school, however no data or results are showing in the Building Rating section. From others experience, is there anything i am missing, look out for, or…

IF you follow the example in the manual you will get a reasonable idea of what to put in and where, it tricky enough when you havn't training!!.
