Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

I have recently started making and drinking my own smoothies and have turned into a but of an addict, which is a great thing as i was having a really hard time getting my fruit and veg as I just don't like it, I find it much more palatable to drink them rather than eat.

Right now my favourite concoction is strawberries, grapes, some natural yogurt and a dash of topicana, I am going to start adding a little oat bran and some spinach as well, I tried adding the spinach before but for some reason it wasn't completely liquidised and there was little bits in there so will be adding less next time.

How healthy is this as a way to get fruit and veg into my diet and what other ways can I make them healthier, thanks.
