Couple of gigs worth a visit in Culdaff soon

    Was browsing through the Earagail Arts Festival booklet and saw a couple of shows in McGrorys backroom in Culdaff (great venue) on Sat and Sun 21st and 22nd July.

    Dave Alvin and Gretchen Peters, both at 8pm, both €20.

    I'll be honest, never heard of either of them, but did a bit of searching on Amazon to check out user reviews (all mostly excellent), then had a good look on YouTube and listen on Spotify. Both look like quality artists, with Peters having a lot of hits sung by other artists.

    Would love to see both of them, but might only be able to make it to Peters on the Sunday night, fingers crossed.

    Although slightly expensive, great chance to see 2 very talented looking artists.
