Overdrafts and ICB

    I appear to be having issues with my Ulster Bank overdraft. I got a letter saying it has been passed to the ICB. Can overdrafts be transferred to the ICB?

    Overdraft agreements, with the exception of overdraft agreements that are the subject of legal proceedings, are not reported by the ICB.
