Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

iPhone 4 -> Blackberry Curve

    I managed to cave the screen in on my iPhone 4 this morning and it looks like it's damaged beyond repair. I have an old Blackberry Curve 9300 I got through work which I can use in the meantime before I get my hands on a new iPhone.

    Is it an easy job migrating contacts etc over to the BB? I have the iPhone backed up on a Mac at home.

    Mods - if this is in the wrong forum, please feel free to move.

    i wouldn't know too much about the services Black berry have for their contacts,

    See if they can be imported from external sources, i.e. Gmail , Outlook etc.

    Oh if your planning on getting an iphone at the moment , i'd hold off on it till the iphone 5 comes out , Possibly September/October

    Ah yeah - using the BB to tide me over until then. I have all my contacts imported onto the Mac - hoping they can be fired onto the BB without any hassle.

    You can get the BB to sync with gmail if you've stored your contacts there. You need to have a corporate plan (BES) or personal blackberry plan (BIS) to use the net. Have you?

    Yeah just got the BB plan activated last night so trying to sync contacts with Google now.
