adding a new model association to the club list.

Hi , not sure how to add this to the sticky about clubs and activities or who can add this for me since it is a closed thread ?

I noticed there was nothing about model boat and I look after the model boat activity, more specifically the IOM class boat but also other sailing boats like maxi RC and multihulls.
