Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Apple ID problem

    My father is having a problem with his i phone and it's this.

    He can log into itunes on a laptop no problem, but on his phone when he tries to download an app or update them, when he is asked for his password the email box on his phone has my sisters email address in it. (hope that makes sense)
    So of course when he puts his password in it doesn't accept.

    It's driving me mad!

    Go to settings>store scroll down a bit to see apple id, tap on it and them tap sign out. Sign in with your fathers account then

    I had tried this earlier and have just called him and got him to do it again with the same result.

    So just to be clear this is what he has done.

    Go to store, scroll down, sign out.

    I then got him to close down itunes and open it up again.

    Back into store, scroll down. The email box was empty so in with his email and password, which it accepted.

    Close itunes

    Open up App store press update

    Asks for apple id and password but my sisters email address is still there and it won't work.

    It means the app he is trying to update was purchased with your sister's account.
