Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Henri the Hippo bank accounts.

I'm glad I never ended up opening one as most people never change bank accounts. I wonder how many people who suffered through the recent Ulster Bank debacle opened an account because of Henri!

Christ on a bike I had totally forgotten about pogs. They were banned from our school promptly after we got bored of them but decided to throw the ninja star shaped ones at each other thinking we were ninjas.

Me for one. I reckon I was about 10 years old when my dad opened an account for me, so I've had my Ulster Bank account for almost 20 years. In all those years I never had a problem until the recent debacle.

putting your wet hair into tiny tiny little plaits before bedtime - waking up next morning and undoing them - then walking to school thinking you were extremely cool, when in actual fact you looked like you stuck your finger in a live socket. :D

    Woo hoo, Wham bars *salivates*

Oh the World Cup one, I remember I had to buy the last sticker I needed off some little bollix in the school yard for 20p  It was Ruben Dario Hernandez of Colombia. I still have the full folder at home somewhere. After that I swore I'd never go through the stress of sticker collecting again, it broke my heart.

P.S. I noticed you put up the album of Premier League '94 as the first one you remember......another reminder of how much older I am than you :pac:

Bang on the door/groovy chick stuff ???

    Pokemon cards/

Those small plastic cases you could buy for Pringles to take some to school for lunch.

Bringing back rubbers, toppers, rulers and anything else with the name of where ever you went on holidays and bringing them into school on the first day back to show everyone.
