Hi, I was thinking of starting one of these online. Once opened is it possible to change the amount that you pay in each month? If so, can this be adjusted online? Thanks.

Hi Adelie,

You can amend the direct debit by calling an agent in Banking 365 on 0818 365 365. You cannot do it online. You will need to allow 5 working days for any amendments.
