Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Just been looking at todays feaatured articule on wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mumia_Abu-Jamal) about Mumia Abu-Jamal who shot a cop in 1981 and was sentenced to death which was dropped in 2011.

    Since being jailed he has received support and various honours from all around the world despite being a convicted murderer and as far as i can see fairly concrete evidence against him.

    Should he be a cause celebre or is he just a murderer?

    C'mon. He's a former Black Panther and alleged victim of a racist attack by white people, he was fighting a cause and his brother was only stopped because he was black. :rolleyes:
