    Hi.
I am looking to join a soccer team in the South Dublin Are. (I live in Milltown)

I am looking for a team that plays matches at the weekend and maybe train once during the week. I play gaelic 3 times a week so that is all the committment i can give. Looking for an average standard with a team that is competitive but up for a laugh at the same time.

Myself and a few lads I know are also looking for a new club in this area. Does anyone know if Broadford are recruiting players?

Or if anyone knows of any other friendly clubs around say dundrum, terenure, clonskeagh, rathgar who we could get involved with I'd be very grateful if you could advise.

Try Leicester Celtic, think they still play up beside Nutgrove

Bumping this thread up as a similar predicament to my own.

Are there any soccer clubs in the general D6 area that accomodate players that train with them midweek but play with soccer teams in their home county at the weekends?

Have been doing this for gaelic football since Feb but now football is over, I fancy 11 a side soccer (5 aside is a poor substitute!)

    Hi,

Im looking to get involved in a soccer club in dublin, i live in the ballsbridge/donnybrook area and work in belfield. I play wit a club down the country but due to work commitments i cannot travel to play as much now. Does anyone know of a club that would welcome new players this time of year near that area? Thanks.

If you're in Donnybrook, there's a team and pitch in Beechill estate beside the Dublin Bus depot. Train Tuesdays at 7 there, ask for coaches name Paul Byrne and check with him would they take on players at this stage. (It's halfway through season )
