Creamy Cajun sauce

Could do with some help making this. I don't cook so I don't have alot of ingredients but I do have this Cajun mix stuff, franks hot sauce and a small bit of fresh cream along with other basic stuff, any help would be greatly appriciated P.S it's for grilled chicken for 2

You do need ingredients before you start
