This should add to the BAI complaint. As we know the show seems to be targeting the elderly demographic. As you know the elderly generally have poor eyesight and might not be able to read the small print such as the price of the call or what the show really is about (as demonstrated by the previous caller?)

The presenters should be forced to read out the Terms like in nearly every other premium rate service on TV.
