I'm not clairvoyant ( and neither is Fatman) but I do recognize someone needy when I hear them. She sounded like someone in depression or with an alcohol problem exactly like someone needy giving excessive and undeserved compliments and hoping to receive them or a positive prediction in return.
Maybe I will do that after the show was Flatulent man acknowledging what I saw which is that whoever had called him needed better help than he had given her and perhaps she will be given more. Or else he said it to deflect any potential criticism (and might have been lying and will do nothing to help her).

There is a delay between the call and when it comes on the tv, something which seems to confuse Yvonne/Ivana.
