Joist hangers or just nails

Hi All, Building a 2.4 x 2.4 playhouse (on short stilts) and using 6x2" at 400mm crs for the floor. Should I use joist hangers for the floor frame or will it be okay just using 4" round nails? Hi All,
Building a 2.4 x 2.4 playhouse (on short stilts) and using 6x2" at 400mm crs for the floor.

Should I use joist hangers for the floor frame or will it be okay just using 4" round nails? Alternatively could I use some sort of shoulder joint?

2nd q: should I use 2 4x4s under this frame and on top of the stilts (off cuts from telegraph poles) or would I be okay resting/fixing the outside of the frame on the stilts?
