Has anyone been out to Finglas to collect oversize packages?

I have been out there twice and both time have been left waiting over ten minutes each time while they retrieved my package.

The music/radio in the waiting room is alway blaring too.

Must caveat this by saying both times I collected was after 9pm.

I also am a huge fan of the regular service lockers.

I was there lastnight around 7.30pm and it took about 5-10 mins, didn't mind though - it does seem a massive warehouse in fairness and the guy at the desk did pop out twice and say someone would be with me shortly. It is great that its open til 11pm too.

Free stays for the rest of Mr O'Shea's life? And I don't mean a Michael O'Leary type lifetime offer.

Another person who got the email.

A bit concerned about it. Hopefully parcel motel and the individual will report back with a good resolution.

Uh-oh. I ordered something from Amazon to be sent through Parcel Motel that was due to be delivered last week. No sign of it so I got back onto the seller. They said they've sent it. I got onto Parcel Motel and they are asking me to 'provide the pod' into the depot (time, date and signature) so they can confirm if it was delivered.

I'm not sure what my next step is now. Do I have to file a claim with Amazon or do I ask the seller for this 'pod' info? Luckily this product is only a small, inexpensive item but I probably can't cancel it with Amazon as the seller claims to have sent it and they have taken the money.

    Ah, thank you.

Now the question remains how I'm supposed to provide proof of delivery when I contacted Parcel Motel specifically to ask if something had been delivered.

Is there a time limit on the first two free stays?

Asked the same much earlier in the thread, and Orla confirmed there isn't.

You need to contact the seller to see if they have pod, if its registered post then the seller would have it. PM aren't able to take responsibility for something that might not arrived with them.

I had a parcel go missing too last week from an amazon marketplace seller. They did not register the package but were nice enough to send out a replacement. Thankfully I got the text last night to collect it.

    Edit. also received that email.

Thanks. :) With 100 pages it'd be hard to find it. And the search didn't help me because I wasn't sure what to search for :o

Orla got another copy of the email but with no email address in subject, I already completed it earlier, should I complete it again?

I'm also waiting on a parcel that seems to have gone missing. Is this common?

Can somebody please decipher the following question for me:

And thinking of when you might use the Parcel Motel service do have your online purchases delivered to you think you are most likely to use the Parcel Motel service?
(Tick as many as apply) *

What the hell is that actually asking me?

You're relying on at least one third party postal service, things can go missing or get delayed. I had two of the same thing dispatched from the UK at the same time by the same service and they hit the parcel motel 4 days aparts

Does anybody read back these before sending them out? Or even send themselves a test one first?
