Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just go to any decent Muay Thai gym and they should show you everything you should be doing pretty much on the first day.
There is no secret to Thai its just the same bread and butter techniques drilled over and over, day in day out on pads the bag and sparring.

There is a decent enough instructional dvd by Malaipet around that shouldn't be too hard to find.

for training at home for fitness check out http://whatsgoodwithwill.com/

I train in kickboxing, but I used some of the Muay Thai elements at home for fun & for a change.

but Peetrick's suggestion would probably be much better ;)
