Hi, my PC died and I'd love some advice on building my own system.

    1. What is your budget? ~€650

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Light Photoshop, Visual Studio, running Skyrim on any setting be great too.

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? No

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? I can use the 1TB HD (quite new) from my old system,

    5. Do you need a monitor? No

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals? No, I have keyboard, mouse, speakers.

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? Maybe, would rather not.

    8. How can you pay? Paypal

    9. When are you purchasing? Within a month or so

    10. If you need help building it, where are you based? Donegal, but have a friend who will help.

    Existing Hardware:
I had a Dell XPS710 (air cooled version) and the MOBO died (fairly common I hear). I can use the keyboard/mouse/speakers, and a 1TB HDD from it. The rest is pretty much outdated. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
