Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

When purchasing im being held up as the sellers solicitor can't give me a date of release form from when they originally bought the house from the builder.

What is this and why is it important to have before signing contracts.
Also how long can it take for them to get one and would the ulster bank fiasco maybe hold things up further if they were dealing with them?

    Thanks

Don't know what this could be... and I've dealt with a fair few contracts for the sale and purchase of houses over the years. But in any case, it's your solicitor's job to explain these things to you in plain English, and that's who you should ask about this stuff!
