Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi all, I had my appeal for a JSA claim last monday week. The appeal's officer was quite friendly and pretty much assured me that I would be receiving more or less what I had applied for (Last November.......).
Anyway what I would like to ask is does anyone know the next step ? Should I receive a letter from the appeals office, or from the social welfare office ?
If anyone who has been through the same process could let me know I would be very grateful.

You will receive a letter from the appeals office letting you know if your appeal was successful or not. SW office will also receive a letter from the appeals office.
