    Tuesday10th: weights (bench 3 x 5, incline db 3 x 10, face pulls 3 x 15)

    Wednesday 11th: mma (single leg from Thai clinch attack and defence)

    Thursday 12th: bjj 1 hour (x-pass)

    Friday 13th: rest day, was suppose to be deadlift + upper back but was wrecked aches and pains all over, will do this tomorrow and skip mma
