Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Bought and downloaded video on iTunes on laptop - can't see video on iTouch

    Hi folks

I bought and downloaded a video on iTunes for the kids this evening. It is running fine on their account on the laptop. Their iTunes account is separate to mine, so it's just their music and video that I see on the laptop.

However, when I go to iTunes on their iTouch, I can't see the video or any way of downloading it. When I go to 'purchased' it shows me their songs only, and when I go to videos, it shows me 'none downloaded - go to the iTunes store'. When I go to the store, I can see the same video, but it is listed at full price again, so I'm afraid that if I click it, I'll get charged twice.

What can I do to see the movie on the iTouch?

    Thanks in advance

You have to sync the iPod with the laptop/computer the movie is on. Unfortunately you can't download purchased movies to mobile devices the same way you can music or apps at the moment.

Thanks Banquo - yes, the sync over a physical connection worked, after I deleted enough of her random videos to make space for the movie.

    Cheers
