They mearsured mine. Fr Kelly told me I had to have a hard on when he was measuring it, hence the stroking, etc. At first I was a bit doubtful(the whole priests taking a survey thing) but he showed me his badge-Big Official willy survey Taker- Looked a bit amateurish, you'd think a nationwide survey organisation could make up their IDs on somthing better than cut outs from corn-flake boxes. if this was just a random survey that men were asked what size they are then you might as well call it an indication as to what country lies the most! Looks like France are up there, "Le Cheat" comes to mind
