    Read the Rules of the Bench Press Challenge via this link: http://www.benchpresschallenge.co.uk/enter-league/
    Make a video of your challenge and follow the on-site instructions on how to upload your video to enter the League and get your free T-shirt.

    So I need to upload a video of me bench-pressing before I get a free t-shirt... the world's not ready for my guns! :D

    I signed up a while back but I recieved this email couple of days ago, seems the t-shirt isn't free after all!!!!!

    Dear ............,
    Thank you for registering for the Sci-MX Bench Press Challenge.
    Here’s what you need to do to enter the challenge:
    1. Sign in with your login info already emailed to you
    2. Read the Rules of the Bench Press Challenge via this link: http://www.benchpresschallenge.co.uk/enter-league/
    3. Make a video of your challenge and follow the on-site instructions on how to upload your video to enter the League and get your free T-shirt.
    4. The best video submitted every week wins £100 and if you win the League you will go forward to the Final Event in December 2012 to win a share of the £2000 Prize Fund.
    Good luck with the Sci-MX Bench Press challenge!

    What's stopping someone downloading a vid of someone bench pressing on youtube and pretending it's you?
