@ed off about it as it appears the teller in the branch locked me out when trying to retrieve my contact details. Can anyone advise me on this?

Hi sailing,

I am sorry the issue you had when you calling Banking 365.

If the pin is locked at an atm machine, it resets itself after 24 hours. If this didn't resolve the issue a new pin will have to be sent out. The branch cannot reset it. If you feel it is the correct pin number and the card doesn't appear damaged in any way, please try the atm again; even to check a balance in case it was an issue with the atm at that particular time. Also when unlocking a pin at an atm, it has to be a Bank of Ireland atm machine.
