    Myself and my wife have been living in Charlesland for over 3 years now and would love to buy a house but as I am self employed a Mortgage takes longer to get vs employment (2 years of tax returns vs 6 months of employment.

    If there's anyone in charlesland looking to sell their house and would consider Rent-to-Buy then please PM me.

    We would ideally be looking for a 2 bed town house.
