[WANTED] lipo balance charger

Hi, I am looking for a lipo balance charger that has lcd screen, something like the imax b6, willing to buy used or new, prefer ac charger but i will consider all lipo chargers that match my description so pls tell me what you have below, i have small budget so not looking for anything over 50. Here is another option. I use one myself as my secondary charger, and find it brilliant.

You would need something like this as well for most chargers you get, if you dont have a power supply already.
