Broadband kept disconnecting today (Carrigaline)

    The only lights on during the day were the wireless and the power.. a few hours later it came back on and ever since then it's disconnected every so often.. :S

    Same problem again, disconnects and comes back 4 mins later..

    I can see you contacted us on the eircom online forum. I see Ant looked into it and advised to trouble-shoot with broadband support and they believe it is a modem issue and a replacement was sent.

    Let me know if you need me to track it or check anything.
