just want to say first of all this is not a legal case and wont be,as the video evidence from the square wasnt able to capture his face.

a close female cousin of mine who has global learning disability but goes places on her own thanks to the heavily promoted independance training at her special school; she was in the square yesterday [on her own]-nothing out the norm for her.

she is eighteen but looks younger than a teenager.
some sick pervert came up to her and kept asking her for her age, where she was from,if she was with anyone, when they were picking her up;that sort of bull.
he then followed her everywhere, she said she was really frightened and ran into different shops to try and lose him but he just ran after her stalking.

she used her mobile to phone her dad-and am not entirely sure as dad [mine] didnt say,but think shop keepers realised what was going on and intervened, and he ran off.

although am personaly not able to see stuff like this, everyone says she is clearly learning disabled when speaking to her,she has a younger mental age
    to.
there is no chance this guy coud have thought she was a older teen or adult and even then; what he did woud be totaly immoral and disgusting.

uncle of mine/her dad is absolutely fuming,he really is not a guy to mess with by proxy when it comes to protecting his kids [all of whom are disabled bar two girls] but he is also a very calm mannered and kind person at all other times.

and if was personaly in dublin, woud probably be a lot worse than uncle if had saw him.
how dare some dirty bastard harrass, stalk and make her feel she cant leave the house anymore,he coud have been waiting to abduct her.
what woud do to him isnt writeable on here due to the rules,am fiercely protective of fellow vulnerable people; especialy when it comes to family and the residents am living with.

disgusting nobend, how do people like him get to be in the community?
she is now housebound thanks to him.

although it coud happen anywhere as its not the place that is the problem; if theres anyone with kids,or even anyone who looks very young, please be careful in the square and stay in busy areas and tell shop staff if this happens, cousin didnt know what to do!

If she's 18 then it ca't be a paedo - just another nutter, The Square has its fair share of them

I think the insinuation is that because she looks so much younger than a teenager, only a paedo would harass her in this way.

You should put this persons description out there. Maybe someone who works there or witnessed any of this may recognise him.

Is there a possibility that he noticed the disability and was worried that she was lost or disoriented and was trying to.help her?

Was actually going to say, before getting to the bottom of your post, that if she had mentioned what was happening that the people working in the square would've helped her. Perhaps just tell her in future to approach security in the square (they're all around the place!) on the off chance that it happens again.
