Hi, maby watty can answer this quickly. Is 6M allowed in Ireland or do you still have to ask comreg for permission? Am curious how it has worked out in EI given the analogue switchoff finally.

No, 6m is standard for quite a while. I think even 4m is.
It was 1999 or so that Band I TV closed
